Beginning Friday May 5 – 9:00 a.m.
Tai Chi classes will move outside
Wednesday Tai Chi classes will stay inside at 2 p.m.

*About Seasonal Qigong
Think healthy lungs, heart, liver etc. and breast cancer prevention! I consider this my “flu shot”! We are now working predominantly on healing movements for liver, however, in June and July we will work predominantly on heart health. Although we focus on major organ systems each season, we also work on all systems in each class.

Drop-in $15 per class (anyone welcome, you do not have to be a regular student)
Monthly rate (1 Class per Week) $50
Monthly Rate (2 Classes each week) $60
Private Class Rates
$60 per hour or $40 per half hour (2 students may split the hourly rate @ $30 each)
Private Group Class Rates
4-6 Students @$80 per hour, 7-8 students $110 per hour. You may request an estimate for larger groups.
