  1. I am interested in learning Qi gong. Are the summer sessions on Tuesday appropriate with no experience? If so I would need address to attend. Otherwise I have interest in a class at some point. Let me know what you offer.

    • Absolutely! My address is 100 Spring Oak Lane, Grottoes. GPS has no problem finding me. After you come onto Spring Oak Lane, we are the first drive on the left. There is a sign at foot of our drive. I also offer Tai Chi classes on Fridays, Herb classes and natural health classes and Healing Plant ID walks, Dowsing classes, etc. What is your main area of interest?
      Thanks for your interest!

    • Hi Pam. We are starting Qigong and Tai Chi classes this week. Feel free to try a free class of each! Qigong is Tuesday’s 9:00 a.m. And Tai Chi Friday’s 9 a.m.

  2. I bought Wood Betony a few weeks ago. I want to give you an update on it. It has made a big difference in my brain fog. Thanks for helping me find this herb.
