What do you think about when you are doing Taiji or Qigong? What comes next? What you have to do after class? What is wrong with politics? Etc. what you should be thinking about is how each movement feels throughout your body and coordinating your breaths with your movements. Is your posture correct for good balance? Is the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and a gentle smile on your face? Are you shifting weight correctly? If these are not the things you are thinking about, you are not getting full benefit from your form.Important Note!
